Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between <strong>Marie Mouton \u2013 Les Maisons de Mons<\/strong> (hereinafter \u201cthe Service Provider\u201d) and any individual or legal entity making a reservation (hereinafter \u201cthe Customer\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">These Terms and Conditions apply to all reservations made through the website <a href=\"https:\/\/maisons-mons.com\/en\/\" target=\"_self\">www.maisons-mons.com<\/a> or any other booking channel for all services offered:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vacation rentals of furnished tourist accommodations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bed-and-breakfast accommodations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vacations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Language and immersion programs (accommodation combined with educational or cultural activities).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Nature of the services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The services offered constitute temporary lodging services governed by the Tourism Code and, where applicable, the regulations governing bed-and-breakfast accommodations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the package, stays may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vacation rental accommodations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Breakfast (at a bed-and-breakfast), in a vacation rental,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tourist activities,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Language or cultural activities (immersion programs, classes, workshops, or language exchanges).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The services are strictly limited to temporary use and may not be used as a primary residence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Description of accommodations and services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Accommodations (furnished vacation rentals or bed-and-breakfasts) are intended for transient guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The descriptions (photos, square footage, amenities, capacity, and included services) are provided for informational purposes only and are subject to change without affecting the essential quality of the booked service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Reservation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The reservation becomes firm and final after:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment for the stay and\/or services related to activities,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Written confirmation from the Service Provider (via email or the booking platform).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse any reservation in the event of unavailability, non-compliance with the terms of service, or breach of the contractual terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Price<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prices are listed in euros, including all taxes (TTC), unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They include only the services explicitly listed in the booked package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any applicable tourist taxes are charged as an additional fee and are the responsibility of the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Payment Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other method offered at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The total amount is due upon confirmation of the reservation, unless otherwise specified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The reservation is not considered final until full payment has been received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Access to the service will not be granted in the event of non-payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Security deposit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A security deposit is required before entering the premises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The amount may be refunded or held, depending on the payment method used and the terms specified at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It will be refunded after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property, minus any costs for damage, missing items, or repairs; as well as additional cleaning fees if the accommodation is not returned in satisfactory condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8. Arrival and Departure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless the Service Provider has given prior written consent:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check-out: before 10 a.m.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer is responsible for planning their travel itinerary, taking into account unforeseen circumstances (traffic, transportation, weather, and potential delays).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outside of scheduled hours, you can gain access on your own (using the key box), following the instructions provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any delays or exceeding of scheduled times may result in additional charges or rescheduling of access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9. Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All reservations are final and non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation, regardless of the reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of a no-show, early departure, or shortened stay, the full amount remains due.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers are encouraged to purchase personal insurance that covers cancellation risks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>10. Use of the premises<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer agrees to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please respect the facilities and equipment,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not exceed the maximum capacity,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be considerate of your neighbors,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not sublet,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow the rules and regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unauthorized parties and events are strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>11. Language and sightseeing trips<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of language or immersion programs, the activities offered are designed to be educational, cultural, or tourist-oriented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They do not constitute a degree or certificate program as defined by the Education Code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the content of the activities based on organizational circumstances or the participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>12. Bed and Breakfast<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When the service falls under the bed-and-breakfast regulations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reception services are provided on a limited, personalized basis,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Breakfast may be included,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The services are provided in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>13. Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Service Provider shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from the Customer\u2019s misuse of the premises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Guest is responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Any damage will be billed to the Guest based on the actual cost of repair or replacement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>14. Insurance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Guest must have vacation liability insurance. Proof of coverage may be required before entering the premises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>15. Force Majeure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Service Provider shall not be held liable in the event of cancellation or inability to perform due to a force majeure event (natural disaster, fire, administrative decision, etc.) that prevents the trip from taking place (Article 1218 of the Civil Code).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>17. Personal Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The data collected is used solely for the purpose of managing reservations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer has the right to access, correct, and delete their data by contacting: <a href=\"mailto:info@maisons-mons.com\">info@maisons-mons.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>18. Disputes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought as a matter of priority. Failing that, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent French courts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>19. Acceptance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any reservation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>20. Consumer Mediation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, users who qualify as consumers may use a consumer mediation service free of charge to resolve a dispute amicably.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a dispute with the business cannot be resolved, the consumer may contact the following mediator:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\"><strong>Competent Consumer Ombudsman:<\/strong><br>M\u00e9diation Tourisme et Voyage (MTV)<br>P.O.
