La Catounière – Village house with a magnificent view

Welcome to La Catounière, a charming, traditional Provençal village cottage dating back to the 17th century and rated 2 stars by Atout France—the perfect choice for a peaceful stay in the heart of an authentic village.

Facing the rising sun, the house offers a superb view of the surrounding landscape from the bedrooms and living room—a view rated two stars by the Michelin Guide: in the distance, you can see the Mediterranean Sea, the Bay of Cannes, the Estérel Mountains, and sometimes even Corsica.

Passenger Access

Everything in the village is within walking distance, with free parking, an excellent bakery, a small grocery store, three restaurants, a pétanque court, a ping-pong table, a media library, a tourist office, and a church all just a five-minute walk away. The village is safe and largely pedestrian-friendly.

Access to the large communal pool at a private residence is included in the rental. Located 2 km from the village, the pool is open in July and August from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and is open to everyone (unsupervised swimming).

Ground floor: living/dining room with fitted kitchen (25 m²) and shower room.
1^st floor: 11 m² bedroom with 1 small double bed (130 cm), a passageway leading to the 2nd floor and 1 pull-out bed (90 cm).
2nd floor: 11 m² attic bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm).
